Resident Satisfaction

Hillcrest’s record of excellence is recorded on a regular basis. Every six months we survey our residents and their families to track our success in providing quality services. We measure factors such as resident satisfaction, housekeeping and maintenance services, promptness in requests for assistance and culinary experience. This is a sample of our most recent survey (Completed Spring 2016).

  • 100% of our residents and their families would recommend us to their friends.
  • 99% said our staff shows care and compassion when providing services.
  • 99% said our staff responds to requests for assistance in a timely manner.
